Parker’s H Wiper is a shallow cavity general purpose rod wiper designed to exclude dust and contamination in moderate speed rotary and low speed reciprocating applications. Clipper® wipers feature a non-metallic composite OD for damage free installation. Its materials of construction – a dense outer case and soft, flexible lip – are concentrically molded as a single unit. The seal’s non-metallic, composite rubber/aramid fiber OD, or “heel,” forms a leak-free, press fit in the housing, conforming to minor surface irregularities.

• Used in high speed reciprocating and rotary applications.

H1L5, Neoprene/Aramid fiber heel with NBR lip: Temp -20F / +250F
H1L7, Neoprene/Aramid fiber heel with lo-temp NBR lip NBR: Temp -30F / +250F
H5L16, FKM/Aramid fiber heel with FKM lip: Temp -40F / +400F

Shaft Surface Speed: Up to 300 fpm reciprocating (1.5 m/s), 2000 fpm rotary (10.2 m/s)

Size Range: 3/8 to 30 inches; (9.5 to 762 mm)

Maximum (STBM) Misalignment: 0.008” (0.20 mm)

Typical Applications: Moderate speed rotary and low speed reciprocating applications.
