Thermally Conductive Greases

Thermally Conductive Greases

Our thermally conductive greases are silicone-based, single component materials which conduct heat between a hot component and a heatsink or enclosure. Thermally conductive greases offer the performance range to cover both simple or demanding thermal requirements and are ideal as both a general-purpose grease in electronics assemblies and heat sink applications where the thermally conductive grease can fill interface-variable tolerances. Thermally conductive greases are suitable for high power applications that require minimum bond line thickness and high thermal conductivity. These products are highly conformable, easy to dispense and require no cure cycle, mixing or refrigeration.

Parker Chomerics T650 Thermal Grease is a general purpose grease ideal for applications on heat sinks with a thermal conductivity of 0.8 W/m-k.
