Custom Metal Seals

Parker's custom metal seals are unique and designed to fit specific application profiles. Current examples include metal E-Rings for AS1895 flanges that are manufactured from unplated Alloy 718 and solution-annealed and age-hardened, as well as metal O-Rings built to U.S. Aerospace Standards to serve in place of plastic O-rings in high-pressure and -temperature applications.


Metal E-Seals (E-Rings) are used to seal critical applications with extreme temperature and extreme pressure. With low load, high resilience, they excel as flange/casing seals, adapting to pressure and thermal expansion.
