The tool is very handy and can be used at any site provided a vice is available. The device is suitable for LL, L and S series, tube sizes from 4 to 15 mm outside diameter and steel tube and fitting materials. The weight of the HVM-B is about 7 kg (without tools). The economic production quantity is maximum 20 assemblies/day. It is therefore the ideal tool for on-site tube assembly, repair and plant maintenance.• The EO-KARRYMAT is an economic tool because assembly with it requires much less hard work than manual assembly but still achieves the assembly results of the Eomat machine. • Because the direct assembly of stainless steel tubes into bite type fittings results in failure, a special pre-assembly process is mandatory according to ISO 8483/DIN 3859 and all manufacturers' instructions. The EO-KARRYMAT fulfills this requirement.• After pre-assembly, the tube joint can be easily inspected before final assembly. So this mandatory step in fitting assembly is less likely to be forgotten and increases the safety of the entire system.
