Parker Chomerics WIN-SHIELD™ G Windows provide EMI shielding while also protecting displays from physical wear and tear as well as exposure to harsh environments. WIN-SHIELD™ windows allow for a great deal of customization based on end needs and the application for which they will be used. They are often paired with Chomerics CHO-BOND® 578 silver epoxy or CHO-FOIL® metal adhesive tape for grounding purposes. Custom multicolor logos or black borders can be screen-printed onto the windows for aesthetic and advertising advantages. Index matched Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) coatings can range in resistances from 4-20 ohm/square to provide up to 40 dB of shielding effectiveness. Blackened copper or stainless steel mesh is available in 50, 80, and 100 openings per inch (OPI) and can provide more than 100 dB of shielding at select frequencies.
