Parker Chomerics PREMIER™ PEI-140 Electrically Conductive Plastic for EMI shielding designed for high performance military applications. It features a blend of polyetherimide (PEI) that delivers excellent shielding effectiveness, high temperature performance, low smoke generation, and effective chemical resistance.

PEI (aka “Ultem”) polymer material is UL V-0 rated down to 1.8 mm wall thickness and has a special blend of conductive elements. This material meets the Boeing 7238 smoke density rating of MAX 110 Ds with 3.0 mm @ 4 minutes.

This product was specifically developed to provide a more reliable solution to traditional cube blend conductive resin systems and a more efficient alternative to metal and non-conductive plastic housings. 

The cutting-edge processing of PREMIER PBT-PEI-140 into a single pellet composition allows for uniform material dispersion and a tightly controlled conductive material ratio throughout complex geometries, delivering a matrix of polymer and conductive filler.
