Full Product Description

The Moduflex series valve is an internal/external air piloted stacking style valve. Available as electric with configurable manual override or Pneumatic Remote pilot. Available valve functions are:

• Single or Dual 3/2, N.C. (with or without exhaust check valve), N.O. or Dual N.C. / N.O.
• Single or Dual 4/2 single solenoid
• 4/2 double solenoids
• 4/3 Closed, Pressurized or exhaust center

There are three mounting configurations available - S series (Stand alone), T series (Manifold w/ traditional wiring per solenoid), and V series (Manifold w/ Valvetronic backplane circuit board for collective wiring). Both S and T series are available with electric pilot and IP40 or IP67 rated or with a pneumatic remote pilot. The electric V series IP65 rated has head module options - 20 and 25 pin D-sub connections, and industrial communication options IO-Link, Ethernet/IP, Profinet IO, EtherCAT, PowerLink, Modbus /TCP or CC-Link IE. The Moduflex valve manifold can be field converted from internal to external pilot supply by removing the cover on the left hand end plate and rotating the "X" channel selector 180 degrees so the 4mm tube connection can be used for external pilot supply pressure. The cover can then be reinstalled. Internal pilot operation means that supply pressure on the #1 port is directed to the end of the valve where the solenoid operator, when actuated, allows the supply pressure to pass which is then applied to the piston to shift the spool. External pilot is when the valve gets its "internal" pressure from an "external pilot port" instead of the #1 port. Moduflex P2M Industrial Network Nodes can also be used with H ISO and H Micro valve manifolds Series.
