Parker Pelican hose is especially designed for bunkering operations and meets the high requirements for loading, discharging and transferring fuels between bunker barge, a marine terminal or a marine facility from/to a receiving ship. Parker Pelican hose assemblies are supplied and tested with Parker large bore crimped fittings and enable a significant time reduction due to the crimped solution compared to traditional methods with vulcanized couplings. The range goes from 51mm up to 254mm inside diameter to cover all possible refueling applications for leisure boats, cargos, ferryboats and cruise ships.
Bunkering operations needs to be performed diligently, safely with all necessary measures in place to prevent
fuel spillage into the waters of the port or onto the quayside. It is thus fundamental to have solid and reliable
components according to EN 1765 type S15, tested in compliance with 1907/2006/CE (REACH). Pelican hose will be supplied according to customer requirements (hose length and connection type) assembled with Parker large bore crimped fittings, tested and released with RINA certification. Compared to traditional solutions, this new hose offers a robust, cost effective and very user-friendly solution for the end user. Parker Pelican hose assemblies are availalbe conductive or discontinuous based on the individual application.
REMARK: PELICAN is sold mainly assembled according to customer need. A certificate of compliance to EN 1765 will be issued on each assembly . Please contact FTHE_helpdesk@parker.com.
