The Parker HLB Grease Hose is a cost effective solution that is MSHA accepted and is more compact than comparable rubber grease hoses. It is designed for grease and lubrication lines in agriculture, construction or mobile equipment.
Parker HLB remote grease hose makes it easy to properly perform quick and effective preventative maintenance on all types of industrial, mobile, and transportation equipment. The grease lines connect grease port locations to a convenient service access panel where grease can be manually distributed throughout the machine, overcoming issues associated with safety and hidden points left ungreased. Experience has shown that if you can't see it, it isn't getting greased.
HLB flexible grease hose is a cost effective way to make sure your application is getting properly lubricated. Historical data has shown that using an HLB remote hose, versus a 1/4" rubber hose, can save $10 to $20 per line in reduced component and installation labor costs. With the ability to properly lubricate multiple points in less time than it takes for one isolated point (80% time savings), the HLB Grease Line Hose is an innovative solution for applications that involve flexible grease lines and grease lubrication systems on various types of mobile equipment.
