• Excellent Adhesion – cured film provides superior electrical and mechanical properties with excellent bonding to many types of materials, including epoxy laminate and alumina.

Shelf Life/Storage:
Shelf life is six months from date of shipment when stored at -20°C in original, unopened container. Do not store near heat, sparks or open flame.
This material is shipped frozen. Material should be stored frozen until ready for application. Consult handling instructions for thawing.
