The HF1200W & HFT1200W Series regulator is designed for UHP gas delivery and offers high flow capability with an inlet pressure up to 1,250 psig. The combined high flow and high inlet pressure increases the application range of the regulator.

Parker Veriflo’s UHP Welded Stainless Steel HF1200W and HFT1200W Series offers the highest quality, performance, and value in UHP gas delivery valves and regulators in the Semiconductor industry. The HF1200W and HFT1200W design works best for critical or toxic applications at the fab level.
HF1200W & HFT1200W Series regulators combine high flow capability with an inlet pressure up to 1,250 psig resulting in reduced regulator inventories and are an excellent choice for cylinder or point of use bulk and specialty gas applications. For hazardous gas applications, the HFT model’s tied diaphragm ensures positive shutoff. Both regulators feature a large, convoluted Hastelloy C-22® diaphragm that delivers stable control over their operating ranges.
