RDV, AZV, AZ3 and AZ4 are a range of double acting twin rod cylinders designed for use in non rotate applications and are suited to handling and packaging applications.
■ RDV Series : Double acting twin rod (Twin rod one side only). Available in bore Ø25mm with round profile, adjustable pneumatic cushioning, magnetic piston and standard temperature -10°C to +70°C.
■ AZ versions : Available in bore sizes Ø32mm - Ø100mm with smooth profile tube, adjustable pneumatic cushioning, magnetic piston and standard temperature -20°C to +80°C. Available in three versions.
- AZV Series : Double acting twin rod (Twin rod one side only).
- AZ3 Series : Double acting through rod. (One side twin rod the other side single rod).
- AZ4 Series : Double acting twin through rod (Both sides twin rod).

Operating and Environmental Data:
• Operating Medium : For best possible service life and trouble-free operation dry, filtered compressed air to ISO 8573-1:2010 quality class 3.4.3 should be used. This specifies a dew point of +3°C for indoor operation (a lower dew point should be selected for minus temperature operation and we recommend the use of an inline dryer) and is in line with the air quality from most standard compressors with a standard filter.
