P5GS is a wide body series of grippers. The units have hardened precision shafting for wear resistance and longer life. Jaws are supported by two shafts that extend the entire length of the body and are guided by two oil impregnated bronze bushings per shaft.  End of stroke cushions reduce shock at fully open and fully closed strokes. Counterbores are provided on the inside of the jaws for through mounting to increase the range of applications. Top air ports can be o-ring manifold sealed to eliminate the need for air lines. Two standard air port locations provide versatility - front and top. Slip fit dowel pin holes are located in the body and jaws. Sensor mounting slots and a magnets are also standard.
