The P2H Industrial Ethernet node is a control unit capable of controlling up to 32 digital outputs (pilot solenoids), through the most popular Industrial Ethernet protocols. The P2H Ethernet node is a a low-cost network connection with easy integration and simple-to-use diagnostics all housed in a robust IP65 weld-resistant housing.
Features / Benefits:
The product is designed to reduce the overall connection cost of the equipment, help eliminate the risk of missed connection, while also reducing setup time and increasing operability for ease of integration within existing topology.
• Connectivity - The P2H Ethernet node can connect to Parker’s H Universal manifold giving the user easy access to all 5 sizes of H ISO valves (15407-2 & 5599-2). Additionally, the P2H Ethernet node allows Power IN and Power OUT connection in 7/8” 4-pin or 5-pin, and M12 L-Coded connection.
• Diagnostics – The P2H Ethernet node provides local diagnostic data via LEDs and remotely via the Ethernet network. Diagnostics such as voltage monitoring, temperature warnings, solenoid short circuit and communication error simplify diagnostics and support predictive maintenance.
• Power Zoning –The P2H Ethernet node offers power zoning for the last 8 addresses (24-32). The first 24 addresses draw power from the auxiliary power pins. The last 8 addresses can be ordered to draw power from auxiliary power or logic power, allowing power zoning in sensitive applications.
• Easy Integration - The P2H Ethernet node offers an embedded webpage for monitoring and configuration purposes. The device is easy to configure, uses rotary switches for IP address selection, and requires no dedicated tools.
• Safe Power Capable –The P2H Ethernet node is “Safe Power Capable” which allows for test pulse (OSSD) compatibility and can be supplied with auxiliary power from a safe output device following machinery directives.
• Suitable for use with EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, Ethernet Powerlink, Modbus TCP network protocols
