G4 Series miniature direct-acting valves are available in conventional body 2-Way and 3-Way configurations as well as industrial-grade cartridge-mount versions - for manifold or direct-mount installations.

These compact 1/8" NPT valves are durable, exhibiting life cycles up to 20 million cycles in laboratory conditions. Excellent flow and pressure characteristics, fast response time, and premium materials deliver value in diverse applications.
NSF-certified versions are positioned to comply with safety requirements in food & beverage applications, while the standard 303 stainless steel bodies and FKM seals address diverse industrial and commercial applications.

Industry-leading pressure and flow performance, interchangeable AC and DC coils, and a modular construction facilitate flexible installation for equipment manufacturers and integrators alike.

G4 Series has enhanced the market on manifolds for motion control, instrumentation, dispensing applications, mobile equipment, and more. Unlike typical solenoid operators used with manifolds, the G4 Series cartridge approach simplifies manifold machining. There are less parts to handle, and assembly time greatly reduced. These benefits help equipment OEMs, integrators, and design firms optimized total cost of ownership and footprint. Yet unlike competitive cartridge valve products, G4 Series maintains the high performance specifiations and industrial robustness you’ve come to expect.

2-way Miniature Direct Acting valves are available in Normally Closed and Normally Open flow patterns. These conventional and cartridge-mount Safety Shutoff valves are suitable for supply, shutoff, and dosing applications in diverse industries where performance and compact footprint are desired.
3-way Miniature Direct Acting valves are available in normally open, normally closed, or universal operation. These compact valves are suitable for low to medium pressure applications where fast-response, 0 psi operating pressure, and size envelope are key to success.
