Parker's hose assembly work stations is an optimal way to organize and increase productivity while manufacturing hose assemblies. These Workstations are ideal for plant hose assembly production sites and over-the-counter business locations. Choose from the following options to meet your specific needs:
Fitting Push-On Stand:
Parker's Fitting Push-On Stand quickly and easily pushes fittings onto hose, which boots productivity and quality of hose assemblies. This stand eliminated the need for rubber mallets and oils to get fittings onto the end of the hose for crimping. The Fitting Push-On Stand includes straight tooling required for 1/4" through 2" crimped fittings as well as 82 Series Push-Lok and 88 Series field attachable fittings. Other optional tooling is Parker's Elbow Pusher Set. Weighs 200 lbs when shipped.
Saw Table:
Parker's Saw Table, specially designed for Parker 239 or 339 Hose Cut-Off Saw, attaches directly to the 6-foot bench creating an organized hose assembly workspace. This Saw Table is provided with five sets of holes for the two hose pins, adjustable feet and is calibrated to line up to Hose trough.
HoseFab Table:
Parker's HoseFab Table is a multipurpose workstation that includes Minikrimp, Karrykrimp, or Karrykrimp 2 crimper mounting capabilities; reel racks, and fitting storage in order to organize and store your hose assembly materials. The HoseFab Table is available in three versions to meet your specific assembly requirements. Options include two 40B-Cabinets or 72B-Cabinets for fitting storage.
Parker Kart:
The Parker Kart is a portable, all-in-one unit designed to organize and store all of the necessary hose assembly tooling which includes: hoses, fittings, power tools, and hand tools, in order to quickly and efficiently make hose assemblies on site. The Parker Kart holds a Minikrimp, Karrykrimp, or Karrykrimp 2 crimper; a 332T-115V Cut-off Saw; 4 reels of hose; and includes two bin cabinets with 3 drawers for tools.
