Parker’s casing and tubing hanger flange seals are manufactured in sizes to suit specific applications and operating conditions, and may be split for in-situ assembly. The rectangular seal cross-section is compressed axially to generate a radial sealing force against the casing or tubing. The sealing element can be made from elastomer or may be an elastomer with anti-extrusion features molded into the elastomer. These anti-extrusion features include fabric, steel mesh, springs, and solid PEEK or PTFE rings. The seals are available in NBR, HNBR, FKM and Aflas materials certified to API, ISO, Norsok, TOTAL and NACE standards. Product benefits:• Pressure resistance up to 20,000 psi• Temperature resistance up to 400 °F (200 °C)• Easier in-situ installation due to split design• Customized design for specific applications• Size range up to 24"" (610 mm) in diameter• Materials certified to API 6A FF/HH and Norsok M710 (ISO 23936-2) • Available with fabric, steel mesh, springs, and solid PEEK or PTFE ringsCasing and tubing hanger flange seals are available in the following materials:N4007: HNBR, 95 Shore A, -32 / +150 °CN4035: HNBR, 80 Shore A, -30 / +150 °CN4039: HNBR, 90 Shore A, -30 / +150 °CKA183: HNBR, 85 Shore A, -48 / +150 °CKB163: HNBR, 90 Shore A, -32 / +150 °CVG109: FKM, 90 Shore A, -45 / +200 °CV1238: FKM, 95 Shore A, -26 / +200 °CRange of application:Casing and tubing hangers in the oil and gas industry Please contact us for more information:Our application engineering team will be happy to discuss your requirements and work with you to find the best solution for your application profile.
