Parker Autoclave's MVBB Series mini block and bleed needle valves are a two stem manifold valve providing an economical and convenient method of blocking, bleeding and calibrating pressure transmitters and gauges. The valve utilizes the mini valve packing and stem design making it compact and easy to use. The valve can be surface or panel mounted for safe operation. In addition, manifold style valves reduce the number of fittings and space required for installation.
These valves have a rising stem bar stock body design with working pressures to 20,000 psi (1379 bar). The cone and thread connections utilize Parker Autoclave tubing with sizes from 1/4" to 3/8”". Operating temperatures can go from 0°F to 800°F (-17.8°C to 427°C) with special graphite braided yarn packing (GY). 316 stainless steel construction is the standard material with other options available. Along with their many features these valves provide dependable and trouble free service in wide variety of applications.
