CDAS, OFAS, FBP HL/LE Vacuum Pumps and Maintenance Kits.
Large flow, low energy compressed air treatment systems with oil vapour reduction delivering ‘technically oil-free air’ for general industrial, automotive, electronics and semiconductor manufacturing.
Parker OFAS LE (Low Energy) Oil Free Air Systems deliver clean, dry, technically oil-free compressed air in accordance with all editions of ISO 8573-1, the international standard for compressed air quality.
They are energy efficient and can provide pressure dewpoints of ≤-70°C, ≤-40°C or ≤-20°C at flow rates between 408 m³/hr and 2040 m³/hr @ 7 barg, 35°C for a single bank, higher flows available with multi-banking.
Using clean, dry compressed air improves productivity whilst reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Many products claim to provide this, however OFAS LE Oil Free Air Systems provide high levels of compressed air purity with 3rd party validated performance in accordance with international standards.
Energy efficient, vacuum assisted heatless regeneration significantly reduces the volume of regeneration air (purge air) required to regenerate the offline desiccant column. The combined cost of operating the vacuum pump plus the generation cost of the reduced volume of purge air provides a dryer with an average energy saving of around 63% when compared to an equivalent heatless dryer.
Many applications specify the need for ‘oil-free’ compressed air. Ambient air drawn into an air compressor contains oil in a vapour phase, which after compression, cools and condenses in the compressed air system to produce liquid oil and aerosols of oil. No matter which type of air compressor is installed (oil lubricated or oil-free), if the application requires ‘oil-free’ compressed air, treatment is required.
The coalescing filters and OVR adsorption filter fitted as standard to Parker OFAS models treat both the oil vapour from the ambient air as well as oil from a lubricated compressor, providing technically oil-free compressed air from both oil-free and oil lubricated compressors.

Many products claim to provide this, however OFAS HL Oil Free Air Systems provide the highest levels of compressed air purity with 3rd party validated performance in accordance with international standards.
