Parker’s IQAN-MC2 is a rugged customizable CAN controller with a focus on high-end output control with closed loop current control for hydraulic valves. The MC2 also has inputs capable of measuring analog, digital, and frequency signals. The I/O may be flexibly configured to meet any system need. It is a fully programmable mobile controller for use in any machine application as a stand-alone controller, a single bus master with expansion units, or together with other IQAN master controllers. IQAN-MC2 has 2 CAN buses to communicate with IQAN master control modules or other CAN devices (supports SAE J1939, CANopen and other protocols). Equipped with an aluminum housing and an environmentally sealed, 42-pin connector, this controller is designed for the outdoor environment. Parker IQAN® master controllers enables optimized system architectures speeding development which improves OEM revenues.
The IQAN-MC2 controller performs data logging and has full diagnostic and CAN gateway capability. Machine applications for the MC2 are simple to create with the easy-to-use IQAN programming tools. This makes the IQAN-MC2 master controller a perfect fit for any mobile machine application.
