Parker Chomerics THERM-A-GAP™ G974 Thermally Conductive Gap Filler Pads provide a low hardness (40 Shore A) solution with 5.0 W/m-K of thermal conductivity. THERM-A-GAP™ G974 provides superior thermal conductivity and applied minimal stress of components due to a low compression force threshold. THERM-A-GAP™ 97X series gap fillers offer the highest thermal conductivity for low to moderate clamping force applications.
