The Parker Conflow Code 100 spray control valve is a mechanically operated spray control valve used for dust suppression in mining where a conveyor belt is used.
Parker Conflow’s Code 100 spray control valve controls the flow of any fluid by mechanically sensing belt movement in dust suppression applications, without the need for an independent power supply.
It is extremely robust and low maintenance. The Code 100 spray control valve can be fitted underneath the belt to minimise the risk of damage. It can also be positioned to ensure it does not operate on an unloaded belt, therefore minimising water usage.
Available in 1/2” and above and maximum working pressure of 105 bar, the spray control valve is perfect for supplying water sprays on bottom belts where fine dust accumulates. Large or small wheel 4” or 6” are available for different belt speeds.
Markets
• Quarrying
• Mining
Features/Benefits

• Operates at belt speeds from 0.5 m/sec (100 ft/min) to 3.75 m/sec (750 ft/min).
• Reduces belt slip and over-wetting, valve only opens when belt moving and material on the belt.
• Extremely robust and low Maintenance
• Can be used in conjunction with other Parker Conflow units.
• Works on high and low water pressures.
• UK manufactured and tested.
• Capable of spraying onto both top and bottom belts.
• Code 100 is available in large volume or standard to meet project requirements.
