Parker Veriflow UltraSeal™ fittings are intended for use in high-purity positive pressure and vacuum applications, including gas distribution lines, piping tube systems, and gas boxes. They are highly compact and allow for quick assembly in tight tube welded systems.

UltraSeal™ fittings’ o-ring seal design provides excellent resistance to vibration and thermocycling, and eliminates turbulence in entrapment zones. Fitting couplings form a helium leak-tight seal when the face of the gland makes full metal-to-metal contact with the face of the body, compressing the o-ring in the body groove. The gland face and body o-ring groove are precision machined to accept either metallic (stainless steel) or synthetic o-ring seals. The bore diameter of body and gland are matched in all sizes, thereby eliminating intrusion of the gasket and providing a smoother flow path.

UltraSeal fitting components are available in standard 316L, 316L VAR, and 316L VIM/VAR stainless steels and can be supplied with extremely low Ra internal surface finishes or electropolish to meet the requirements of high purity tubing systems.

All fittings are assembled in a class 100 cleanroom and validated per Federal Standard 209E.
They are helium leak tested using a mass spectrometer to ensure performance and reliability in demanding industrial applications where process cleanliness is critical. Temperature ratings are governed by the choice of o-ring seal material.
