Laboratory use liquid-to-air heat exchanger. The integrated pump and heat exchanger are designed to cool a variety of liquids.
Designed to support the cooling of fluids in a laboratory environment, this 110v AC-powered unit will pump and filter most common coolants. Powerful fans draw ambient air over the heat exchanger (radiator) and the pump forces the cooled liquid to return to the heat-generating source (electronic chassis or equipment). The fans have an automatic speed control that may be over-ridden by manual control.
The system includes a fluid level, LED flow-level indicator, and LED panel monitors for inlet and outlet temperature and measurements. Particle filtration is provided within the liquid flow path using a replaceable filter. A typical lab cooler configuration will include fluid quick-disconnect for interfacing to customer equipment.
APPLICATIONS:
Suitable for laboratory use this unit can provide for the cooling of a variety of fluids usually used to cool electronic enclosures and cold plates commonly exhibiting high thermal loads.
