Transair Drop Brackets for stainless steel pipe make adding drop line to an existing stainless steel piping systems quick and easy. To install a drop bracket, you only need a drill and a Transair drill bit (dependent on the bracket being installed). For stainless steel pipe, drop brackets are only available in the saddle reducing bracket style. Connections from the drop bracket to the drop line need to be made with the applicable threaded adapter. For maximum chemical compatibility, these brackets are offered in either EPDM or FKM seals.
The “full bore” design of Transair drop brackets paired with the low coefficient of friction in the stainless steel pipe ensures optimal flow throughout the system. All components are 100% recyclable, silicone free, and manufactured from materials with no propagation of flame. Parker Hannifin warrants all Transair components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 10 years from the date of installation.
When installing the drop brackets, Parker suggests drilling the hole at the top of the pipe to prevent moisture and debris from entering the drop line.
