The ZJ rod sealing set is a multi-component compact seal with an anti-extrusion ring. It is suitable for hydraulic actuators in shield tunneling machines and heavy earth-moving machines. The seal consists of a rubber element with a fabric-reinforced dynamic surface. Even after prolonged standstill, this ensures low break-away friction and low friction in the movement of the piston rod.
The sealing set is extremely wear-resistant, resistant against pressure peaks and reliable even in the most adverse conditions (water or particle contamination).
