Valvair II Valves are robust, versatile inline valves suited for harsh industrial environments such as concrete aggregate plants & steel mills. Flow ranges up to Cv of 11.8 and is field convertible to external pilot operated service. The valve is installed as a single inline valve for point-of-use applications. A variety of operators are available from air piloted to solenoid air piloted, with direct conduit or junction box electrical connection. The valves are field converted from standard internal to external pilot operated service and are suitable for non-lube operation. Dynamic urethane O-rings with an off-center parting line, coupled with Nituf coated and hardened aluminum spools, create a valve with improved lubrication retention and low friction operation. Continuous duty and explosion proof solenoid options.
