La gama de filtros de aire comprimido fundidos OIL-X de Parker domnick hunter se ha diseñado desde el principio para cumplir con los requisitos de calidad del aire de todas las ediciones de ISO8573-1, cuando se validan de acuerdo con los requisitos estrictos de ISO12500-1.

Un proceso de fabricación eficiente y rentable es un factor importante en el mantenimiento de la rentabilidad y el crecimiento de su negocio. Todos los productos de Parker domnick hunter están diseñados para minimizar el uso de aire comprimido y la energía eléctrica en su funcionamiento, además de reducir de manera significativa los costos de funcionamiento del compresor minimizando las pérdidas de presión.

Los filtros OIL-X incorporan una serie de características de diseño únicas y patentadas para minimizar la presión diferencial y proporcionar una combinación de filtro y elemento en la que la presión diferencial inicial se mantiene baja para maximizar el ahorro energético y proporcionar el menor costo de vida útil sin comprometer la calidad del aire.

Dimensionado y selección

Nota importante: Para garantizar las prestaciones adecuadas de pureza del aire, los filtros de aire comprimido deben presentar el tamaño correcto para proporcionar una presión mínima de servicio y un caudal de entrada máximo mediante los factores de corrección que se encuentran en la hoja de datos del producto.
