The LP28 is a miniature linear actuator that has been design to answer the needs of OEM instrument builder for basic positioning requirements of light payloads. The LP28 uses a high performance leadscrew as its drive train, and is guided by an externally mounted square rail. The LP28 has been designed so that it to be easily configured into a multi-axis system.
Due to its design, the LP28 is commonly found in OEM life science applications space requiring a high quality, miniature, and easy to use rodless linear actuator. The LP28 is also applicable to general purpose applications moving light payloads, and basic repeatability for point of purchase kiosks, part shuttling, and even conversion from rodless pneumatics to electric automation.
