Parker’s TSS profile seal provides low friction grease retention or light dust exclusion for bearings and features a soft, thin and flexible elastomer lip and Clipper® rubber/aramid fiber outer case for damage-free installation.

Parker’s space-saving Clipper® TSS profile features a soft, flexible elastomer lip for low friction sealing of bearings. This space-saving profile is used as a primary grease seal or excluder seal. Damage-free installation is easy with the Clipper® non-metallic, composite rubber/aramid fiber OD, or “heel,” which conforms to minor bore surface irregularities to form a leak-free, press fit in the housing.

Typical Applications:
For grease retention and light dust exclusion in overhead cranes in steel mills, rotary drilling crown and travel blocks, draglines, hoist and elevators. Also used on mine cart wheels, flywheels, idler wheels and tapered bearings.
