Los sistemas hidráulicos modernos de alta presión son exigentes. Se esperan controles mejorados y una larga vida útil de los componentes. Para cumplir con los altos estándares de rendimiento, los componentes hidráulicos se fabrican con tolerancias más estrechas y presiones de sistema más altas, lo que aumenta la sensibilidad del sistema a la contaminación. Los filtros de presión se usan para proteger componentes costosos aguas abajo contra contaminantes, ayudando a proteger el sistema de fallas devastadoras.

La serie World Pressure Filter (WPF) de Parker ofrece un nuevo concepto en soluciones de filtración de fluidos de alta presión. Los ingenieros de Parker han desarrollado una alternativa innovadora a los filtros convencionales de alta presión y flujo inverso. El diseño WPF incorpora todos los beneficios del medio Ecoglass junto con un arreglo único de válvula de flujo inverso y bypass.
