Parker’s PureTain^® single-use filling manifolds ensure an aseptic product transfer and filling process from your bulk tank to the needle. Our overmolding solutions include molded ports, distributors and pump-head manifolds ensuring highest dose control and system integrity. The filling manifold can be equipped with filters, bags, sterile connectors, disconnectors, TPE/silicone filling tubing, and filling needles as well as port solutions to perfectly fit your process. As one of the last process steps on the way to the final product, final fill requires maximum levels of integrity and excellent accuracy with respect to fluid management to guarantee a contamination-free and precisely dosed final product.
