Parker Chomerics CHO-FOIL® metal foil tapes provide an economical solution to applications requiring excellent electrical conductivity across substrates. CHO-FOIL® can be used to wrap cables in order to provide a low impedance connection between cables and backshells. Metal shielding tape is idea for seams of EMI test chambers and enclosures to provide electrical continuity and enhanced shielding.

Material and Adhesive Options:
• Copper Foil (CCH prefix) – Good EMI shielding performance, single sided electrically conductive or non-conductive acrylic adhesive options
• Copper Foil (CCD prefix) – Double sided electrically conductive acrylic adhesive version of CCH, providing greater EMI shielding performance
• Copper Foil - Embossed (CCE prefix) – Helps with contact of surfaces of different roughness
• Aluminum Foil (CCJ prefix) – Cost effective solution and galvanically well matched for aluminum substrates
• Aluminum Foil (CAD prefix) – Double sided electrically conductive acrylic adhesive version of CCJ, providing good galvanic matching and cost effectiveness
• Tinned-Copper (CCK prefix) – Best electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance combination in one product

Features and Benefits:
• Available in copper, aluminum, and tinned-copper
• Embossment available on several metal tape options
• Available with single or double-sided electrically conductive pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) for leak-free seams
• Available with non-conductive PSA (Copper Foil CCH prefix)
• Form-factors include rotary kiss-cut parts, die-cut parts, or slit rolls from 0.5 to 24.0 inches wide
• Standard length rolls come in 54 ft (16.5m) or 108 ft (32.9 m)
